Ht. 5'4", Wt. before: 137 now: 149 - hey i just got bac frm spring break in florida on like on tuesday and i left march 29 n got bac the 12th of april so i was there for 2 weeks. ive never had like a nice body but ive never been like "fat" just kinda softer around my stomach and kinda like at risk of beccoming overwight or w.e. while i was there i just wore like shorts n a t-shirt n i wore bathing suits all day but i didnt care if anyone thouhgt i was fat cuz alotta ppl are kinda bigger and they still wer bikinis like i did. i didnt realize it but i ate out every day except for breakfast, ate the whole 14 hours there (not including where we stoped at fast food places for lunch n dinner) and snacked pretty much the whole day. and im on the track team so i usually run everyday n that keeps me frm getting big. but i didnt run or exercise @ all ion florida so yeah. when i got bac i was gettin ready for skool and was puttin on this pair of pants and i noticed that i couldnt button them without my stomach popping out so i just wore sweats n just figured it was since i hadnr ran for a while. but when i got home i was changing n i looked in the mirror when i had just my like bra n underwear on n noticed i really packed on some blubber around my stomach area. i turned around n i was kinda hanging over my underwear. i sat down to see how much i had really packed on and i just kind of bulged out. i didnt even think i had gained any weight just cuz idk it was spring break y know? well then i tried on my fave pair of pants n they wouldnt even button. i was so upset n then i went to weigh myself n when i left i was 137 n now im like 149. i dont know how i gained that much weight but then i realized i ate pretty much constantly the whole day. i didnt real gain everywhere i just really packed it in in my stomach, right below my butt and i think i saw a bit of a double chin forming but i look gross and i really want to lode the spring break weight by summer or before hopefully so any good ideas that work fast??

It's ok, we all gain weight. Just try to eat at home more and excersize at least 20-40 mins. 5-7 days a week. (For cardio) You'll be back in shape sooner or later!

hey i used 2 be 132 pounds a couple of weeks ago and now i am like 146 pounds now so i no wot ur going through and the exact same thing hapend 2 m e when i was trying to do up my pants i had 2 wear them 4 school so i just had 2 leave them unbuttoned and my belly was hanging over them! i would luv 2 chat 2 u or 4 u 2 be my weight loss buddy coz we r about da same size my adress is megacool1@hotmail.com add me plez thank you

cut what you normally eat in half ok and everytime you think about taking after youve eaten liek 5 or 3oo minutes ago thinik about were that bite will go also after school jog a mile or 2 miles you dont have to give effort just dont stop or walk
