Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 175 - my post for lunch got screwed up. what i mean is, i had a cup of pasta salad, so it was pasta, broccoli, and beans in a light tomato sauce. then i had a yogurt and 1/4 banana. i did 30 min of intence cardio for butt, thighs, and belly. how'd i do?
