Ht. 5"8, Wt. 170lbs - Okay, for the past few weeks ive given up pasta, rice, spaghetti, potatoes, bread (except brown) and any other carbs. All i've really been eating is meat (mainly chicken) and salad. And ive only been drinking water (and lots of it) and ill probably have a low fat cappicino before bed, so far its really working for me so i suggest somone try it. Also ive been exercising more and ive been out on my trampoline more.

you have to eat some carbs!!! they make ur brain work and should play a big part in your diet! low carb diets are extremly unhealthy. the rest sounds good. sorry buddy! i still ate carbs and small pasteries and lost 9 lbs!

Oy. Low carb diets are baaaad, buddy. You might be losing weight, but it's definitely not good for you.
