Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Breakfast-Bowl of Special k, small peice of cantalope. SNACK-Apple with peanut butter. Lunch-Veggie Burger on wheat bun with light yogurt. SNACK2-small applesauce. Dinner-1 Grilled Cheese (2 slices of 2% kraft, 2 wheat bread.) 1/2 can of veggis. excersize for today is dancing, and if my dad gets back then ill go to the gym. input please :)

really an excellent plan! my breakfast was a chocolate vitamuffin (2g of fat), 2 soy boca saugages, and a yogurt. i also had a litle slice of eater bread. but i still weight 175 i weighed myself! ;0)
