Ht. 5'3", Wt. 203 - I am wanting to lose about 10 pounds by my graduation, which is may 20th, because my dad's family is coming up, and they are super judgmental about weight, they like to flaunt everything the got, and one of those things is thin bodies :(. So here's what my plan is: fruit for breakfast, soup or sandwich for lunch with veggies, fruit or veggies as a snack, then whatever my mom cooks for supper, just a little serving of everything. For exercise I am planning on going for a 25 minute walk every day but Sunday, and after walking doing some streching and crunches and push ups for 10 more minutes. My family is also probably going there around Thanksgiving,so do you think with this plan I can lose 10 pounds by may 20th, and 65 by Thanksgiving time??? Thanks

yeah i think that will deffinetly work...if you want to lose weight a little faster, try adding some cardio..i did that (i do denise austin kickboxing wrkouts) and i lost 50 lbs since last yr...i started at 215 and am now 157 =]

dont eat any junk food of desserts and only eat whole garins in bread and you can loss 20 drink lots of water and exercise 4 times a week for 30-60 minutes just till may 20 oh and 1%or skim milk and all the fruit and veggies you want and moderate amount of meat
