Reply from Tamera, Age 16 - 04/17/06 - IP#: 24.78.231.xxx Well, even though you had fruit(which is a good thing) I personally don't feel you had enough, remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it gives you energy to get through school. Don't loose the fruit, but after awhile maybe mix it up with some cereal (Special K is fat free) and you can slice up some strawberries, or banana's and add them to the cereal. It's really healthy, and it fills you up. For breakfast, instead of having water, maybe have a glass of Skim Milk, and drink lots of water throughout the day.
