Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Question: When im counting and estimating my daily calorie intake, do i add calories from fruits? Im not sure how many calories they have..so do i look it up and add those too? THANKS XoXo

I guess it depends on you... People have their own ways of doing things and for me I count the calories in everything. I can't help it. I just like to know what I'm putting into my body and what not. :- ) I don't think it would do any harm not to count the calories in fruit...

actually ashley there is a limit..fruit has a lot of sugar....and if you eat A LOT of fruit...it will cause you to gain weight (trust me i know, im doing the low carb diet) =]

Fruits do have calories so you shouldnt disregard them. An apple has 65 calories..so yeah...agian..dont disgard it...

You can have all the fruits and veggies you want[without condiments]and not gain a thing.you really don't have too.

there is a difference between "good" calories and "bad" calories, don't bother counting the fruit ones...
