Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 202ish - Question: When im counting and estimating my daily calorie intake, do i add calories from fruits? Im not sure how many calories they have..so do i look it up and add those too? THANKS XoXo

I just like to know what I'm putting into my body and what not. :- ) I don't think it would do any harm not to count the calories in fruit...
