Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Well guys, today's eating plan didn't go too well. I did manage to get in 4 bottles of water already, and that equals 8 glasses, I think. I believe my main problem is breakfast. I either don't eat any or not a lot, and I then I feel hungry later on. Today, I just had a banana. For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich on wheat bread and macaroni salad. For supper, I had 2 soft tacos. Then I ended up having a snacker. All of that was from KFC. Yuck. Nothing more for me today. Hopefully, since school begins tomorrow, after break, I'll be able to get back on track. Plus, all of the running up and down steps I do at school would have to do some good as well. :) Anyways, I'm still keeping a positive outlook.

yup thats all you have to do is forget about today and start new 2morrow..and i know what you mean..its soo much easier being on a diet when you're at school cuz at school you dont have to worry about food cuz there is none around you besides lunch...
