I go for a 1 mile walk around my neighborhood with my dog and I walk 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.4 mph at a 8.0-10.0 incline. I do 100 squats with handweights, 100 crunches, and 50 bicep curls with 16 pounds on each arm. I am not seeing results, despite doing this for two weeks. My legs are sore and my arm muscles are larger, but no change in shape really.

Its really simple. for exercising, you should exercise about 30-45 min to start out then move it up to 60 min. i have workout tapes that help me a lot. go outside as much as possible also =] good luck...<33jenna
