Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 190 - is it healthy to lose 3.5-4 pounds a week?

it's unhealthy. between water weight shakes and a whole slew of crap *sorry* it's just too risky. my teacher said something very inspriing to me today "there's only one way to loose wieght and keep it off, the right way. no shakes, cutting out stuff, of starving. and NO PILLS!"

if its not healthy to lose more than 5 pounds a week how come on all the reality weight lose tv shows they tell them to lose 7 pounds a week? i was j/w cuz if they can do it why cant she?

It'a a little risky,but as long as you are not exceeding 5 lbs.a week,It's cool.
