Ht. 5'4", Wt. 145 - Q: do u weight more after you workout? Also is it better to eat befor u workout or after?

it's better to eat about 1-2 hours before you workout to keep energy, but i ususally cheat and wait about 45 min if i have a light snack.

yes u do weigh more after u work but only temperarely, after i think it's better to eat so u dont get sick

you weigh more after working out- the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning when you first wake up- also its better to workout in the morning before you eat and at the end of the day to keep you metabolism running while you sleep and also relax you- even stretches and simple excersizes before bed will help
