Ht. 5'6, Wt. 206 - help me people. ok so i started my diet on march first, and since then i have lost like 14 lbs, and i am so happy, i feel better already, but the problem is that since spring break started i have been eatin bad again. help me people. yesterday we went out to eat and we went to the mall and i ate a mcflurry then i came back home and i ate again, and then i went to the movies and ate more. Help me how can i keep with my diet, can you people please give me some tips. i want to be like 170 by june 17 becuz i am going to be a dama for my cuz's Quinceañera, and i want to be like 160 by june 30th because i am going to go to mexico(

well when i get hungry i start off by chewing gum or if that doesnt satisfy me i eat something healty like a bannanna...or i also try to do somthing else to try to take my mind off food like softball or somthing.
