Reply from Claire, Age 17 - 04/18/06 - IP#: 24.239.149.xxx Fad diets...hmm I would just start my own diet...just eat healthy, small portions of a variety of foods and exercise...I'm sure at the wedding you will look great:)
Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 04/18/06 - IP#: 71.227.254.xxx I dont recommend fad diets. Weight loss is a lifestyle change. Just cut back and make alterations in your diet. For example, instead of white bread have wheat. instead of whole eggs have just the whites. Instead of real hamburger have veggie burgers--to me they taste fairly similar.

I don't know how much she lost; I just know that she's down where she wants to be. Anyways, my tips for you would have to consist of water, water, and more water. Plus, you might want to try out walking. I've been walking 1 mile to 2 miles each evening, and I'm seeing some good results. Nothing drastic yet, but I just feel better all around; it helps you to get better motivated. And cutting out the junk food will most certainly help.
