No. it burns no calories. try jumping up and down. that burns about 70 calories a minute.

Emma is lying of course. Do crunches instead of sit ups. They are better for toning and they dont put as much strain on your back, so you can do more of them.

Yes, it'll flatten your stomach and give you some definition. But you must do work for your abdominis, lower back, obliques, lower abs, and upper abs for a strong, healthy core. Get Prention Healthy Woman Abs Guide for excersizes. I have it and I do some of the stuff and I have a little bit of a stronger core!
