Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 322 - Im not one of those joke posters, who is lying about her weight. Ive seen them here quite a bit. Just so you all know though im serious. Ive been trying to lose weight for quite some time and I always break my diets. On April 12th I quit eating meat and surprisingly ive been able to stick with it. Ive been trying to eat more healthy lately too. I walk my dogs everyday for about an hour. Is that enough? or do I need to do more exercise. What other kinds of exercise is there that I can do? Any suggestions?

i hate any type of cardio so i walk a lot about 2 hours a day. hour in the morning and an hour at night. i dont eat meat eather but make sure that u get enough protein try eating more beans like chick peas. hope this helps

i do cardio and kickboxing wrkouts...i use denise austin wrkout tapes and i lost about 50 lbs so far since last yr
