Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G-120 - ok so i am NOT doing HEALTHY today, i had 1 cup of cherrios [110 calories] with 1 cup of 1% milk[100 calories], a 100 calorie pack,light yogurt [100 calories], 2 pretzel sticks [80 calories] and 2 water bottles. i just got home from school and this is all i had to eat today, so isnt that like NOT HEALTHY since its only like 500 something calories??? and dinner is going to be macaronni with little sauce. then after dinner i am going on a walk with my mom. that is sooooooo not healthy, am i wrong? what should i eat? but the problem is, i am not hungry, my stomach isnt growling, and i am just not hungry, so what should i do? PLEASE HELP!!!! i need to know!!!! =] thanks so much!

there are no meals in there..those are like all snacks. just plan yourself 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.

THAT REALLY INST HEALTHY YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAT 1200 CALORIES A DAY THE DOCTOSR SAY U SHOULDNT GO BELOW THAT # BUT I DID IT
