Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - okay well, i think i was a bit unbalanced today, but here's my food so far: breakfast-fiber lowfat peanut butter cereal, yogurt/ morning snack: 100 cal pringles (6 g of fat)/ lunch:lunch meat sandwhich and a mini weight watchers cake (80 cal 3 g of fat) /after school:pudding i went to softball practice for 45 min. i realized i did not have many fruits and veggies so i'm gonna try to male that up for dinner, but anywho that's it so far.

dont go with weight watchers and try to eat no fat or satorated fat foods! and try not to eat bread makes you feel very bloated thats why most people on diets avoid bread plus its very fatening!!

hey that sounds good! that cereal sounds yummy. Great job, and yeah just add in some veggies and fruits and youll be great :D
