Ht. 6'0, Wt. 218 - ok kinda a baddish day...breakfast-oatmeal lunch-nothing snack-a sandwich to make up for lunch dinner-chicken snack-popcicle and mtv pilates for excercise.tips needed badly!THANKS....I wanna lose 100 pounds by next spring break (april 8,2007) do you think this is a possible goal?please reply.

yes its possible os far i have lost 46 lbs i started jan of 2006 so i think thats pretty good so u should be able to do it

Woah.. no way do you needa lose 100! i mean 6 foot and 118! that would be... invisable!

I'm no expert, but that sounds pretty reasonable. I know you'd be able to lose atleast over half of your goal. Sometimes, when people are on a weight loss program, it seems like they hit one of those "plateaus" where they just kinda stay at a weight for a while, and there is no loss or gain. So that might somewhat get in your way. 100 pounds of weight loss is an awfully big goal, and there will have to be a lot of willpower and strength involved, but I'm sure you can do it :) Just set smaller goals to reach to your main goal, like small 5-10 pounds of loss every few weeks or something like that.
