Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I have decided to go semi-vegetarian. Being 99.9% German, it would be near impossible to give it up completly because most of our traditional meals involve beef and such, but I am going to limit my meat intake to once a week on my "cheat" day. So far I have been eating veggie and vegan burgers, egg whites, wheat bread, and I am seeing if my mom can afford organic cheeses, jalapeno peppers and other fresh foods. Organic food is really expensive!! It's like they don't want you to diet!

Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 04/20/06 - IP#: 71.227.254.xxx Well I am doing it for three reasons: the environment, animal rights (after being forced by a friend to look at an abuse page), and my health. Red meat is know to cause cancer. My friend's family is all vegetarian. He said he follows it, but he is only semi because he eats meat on occasion.
Reply from Teresa, Age 14 - 04/20/06 - IP#: 69.85.150.xxx you shouldnt call it in a name. just call it limiting your meat intake. alot of people do things for the wrong reason.
