Ht. 5'5'', Wt. goal1:190 - so this is my excersize plan. MONDAY-90 min at the gym. TUESDAY-60-90 min walk. WEDNESDAY-REST (Have too meet my teacher and i have church that day so its hard to get excersize in) THURSDAY-60-90 min walk. FRIDAY-90 min at the gym. SATURDAY-90 min at the gym. SUNDAY-REST (church all day). Im home schooled, theres this park real close by, i think im going to ask my dad to buy me a basketball :] so what do you guys think. FEEDBACK PLZ :D

wow! that's awesome! don't over do it if your body needs to heal- but if this is the pace your body can keep, go you!

you are doing ok when you do your workout put some vigorous bursts of running like 1 minute and you bust your motabolizm you will lose weight faster your ideal weight is 115-135 good luck
