Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 147 - I barely got in 3 hours of really good cardio this week, and i so messed up eating right..but Im gonna try to get back on track agian today...Just alotta things have been goin on but okay ..I woke up around 730..i had breakfast *strawberry bar with 1 cup no fat mile, and for midmorning snack i had a protein power bar and a cup of light syrup peaches with 2 glasses of water* I go back in for my weigh in at 2 oclock with my jenny craig consultant..but i know I've most likey gained so im kinda scared...but anyways.good luck everyone else

good luck! we all gain sometimes, ya just gotta keep positive! i screwed up during easter, but not as much as i normally would have, and i did something for at least 20 min a day, and i still lost like 2 lb? keep up ur good work!
