Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - If it's really hot, people say that if someone wears black that tend to sweat a lot because black radiates heat or something...so if I wear black clothes and it's 80 degrees...I'll be sweating a lot and sweating is good so will I be melting off fat or something? lol I dunno, just wondering.

You become dehydrated and you can pass out, at the least. It's not going to make you look thinner or anything. You want to lose fat weight not water weight.
Reply from Teresa, Age 14 - 04/20/06 - IP#: 69.85.150.xxx hmm i wonder too..haha i think you probably will, i mean isnt that how some people lose weight. by those rooms with lots of steam in them..theyre really just sweating. but i think your body has to be doing something to burn off actual calories. i think you might be just getting rid of water. im not too sure!
