Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - so im always hearing about people drinking more water to loose weight, but if you drink water arnt you just gaining water weight....im usualy dehydrated sort of throught outtheday, but if water really makes you loose the lbs than ill start drinking mroe of it.

that's a myth. you never actually get rid of fat cells- you just shrink them, it's how our bodies work, sorry- but no, you don't pee out fat cells.

It doesn't matter if you have a bunch of water weight!! That is not going to effect the way you look. You want to lose the weight from fat! Water doesn't really help you lose weight. It keeps you full so you won't eat as much. Less food means less calories. It may have a very small effect on your metabolism, but not enough for it to actually count. Besides, staying hydrated is good for your body in general. It helps to keep your body running.

thats what i thought too! i mean..you would think you would gain more weight..but i dont know.
