Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - This week I kinda messed up because we havent been to the market yet so there wasnt anything healthy to eat in the fridge. So what I did was eat regular food but i cut everything in half and limited some things. I wanted to know is cutting your calories still good to do to lose weight even if they arent healthy calories ?

of course. if your body is still intaking HALF of the calories of what you used to be eating, your body is still taking in less. thats why even on this site they say "you can eat whatever you want just cut it in half and save it for later, youll lose weight" its just that healither food is better for your body. So yeah dont worry about it, and way to go by eating smaller portions! ;D

when you cut calories- you need to have most of the food you eat be healthy and nutritious. you need the nutrition that eneviable comes with calories. esp. if you've cut your calories low like 1200 cals- you basically need every calorie to count nutrition-wise.
