Ht. 5,5", Wt. 220 - OK tell me how i did... lol... Today I was determined!!! to be healthy! So this morning I started my 20 minutes of cardio followed by atleast 8 minutes of strength training (sit ups) for breakfast I had otmeal and water... I drank 4 juice glasses of water then for lunch I had a tuna sandwich and lemonade... and some more water... now i am full... hows that
