Ht. 5'9, Wt. 245 - So I've been doing really well as far as my eating goes, but I can't seem to find the motivation to exersize. I have a treadmill...but I get really bored after about fifteen minutes, even listening to music. Anyone have some ideas as to what I can do that will get me moving without boring me to death? Thanks.

The thing that gets me motivated is puttin on some makeup and dancin in the mirror 2 my favorite songs... its fun and helpful *dances to "check on it"*

well i burn off a cd of my 15 of my favorite songs and go through the whole thing.

I agree with teresa. I always watch a movie or television when I am working out. It makes the time fly. i reccomend an hour long show.

go on the treadmill, and watch tv! it really works. or watch a DVD. it totally takes your mind off of it!!!
