Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Hmm since everyone else does it...
Breakfast-- Honey Nut Cheerios cereal with 2% milk.
Snack--- 1 apple, a whole wheat breadstick.
Lunch--- A whole wheat pita bread gyro rap with lettuce and filling of chicken, bits of egg, corn,peas,carrots,string beans and onions with a glass of water.
it's only 3:00 so didn't have dinner yet..
how'd I do?
