Ht. 6'0, Wt. 200-and something - ugh!...does ne one no of a scale that is really reliable? ok so breakfast nothing(got up at 12) lunch-chicken salad snack-banana dinner-idk yet...so im not to sure about my current weight because my scale sucks and gives me like 5 different weights.excercise-hour of pilates...j/w is ne one on here a diabetic?...how did i do? REPLY PLEASE!

Its water weight..dont weight yourself more than once a day..it really will discourage you
