Ht. 5'3, Wt. 150 - Hi so ok, I heard that crunches are better then situps if you want your stomach to go in... Is this TRUE? because crunches only go like half way up as to where situps go all the way up pushing your stomach inwards...I dunt kno.

They are both good. They work slightly different muscles. I would suggest that you do a combination of different kinds of sit ups and crunches.

They are also easier on your body. Better results for less work. I do them because sit ups are too painful to do a lot. I do 100-300 crunches a day. Just make sure your back is lifted off the ground.

yea my gym teacher told us that. so i am going with it.
