Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 04/23/06 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Actually, I have heard several places that it is best to weigh yourself daily. It keeps you motivated all week long, not just one day a week. It also lets you see your weight changing so you can see when you gain one pound, and change what you are doing, instead of waiting until you have gained 5. Also, just something to think about...rain doesn't have to mean you can't go outside. Once you start, it really isn't that bad. Trust me, I live in Oregon. It's ALWAYS raining.
Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 04/23/06 - IP#: 71.227.254.xxx Don't weigh yourself everyday. Weigh yourself once a week when you wake up in the morning and go to the bathroom. Your weight fluctuates every day. Let it have one week to work.
