Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - so far today i had a bowl of frosted mini wheats with whole milk- about 280 calories all together?..... a smuckers uncrustables peanut butter and jelly sandwich [210 calories] 4 pancakes with syrup-i dont know how many calories and 4 glasses of water. and i dont know what i am going to have for dinner. and exercise is going to be cleaning the house, 50 crunches, and 30 minutes of running in place. so how do you guys think i did? i know i messed up with the pancakes and syrup. PLEASE REPLY AND TELL ME HOW I DID!!!!!!! thanks!!

yea i normally drink 1% milk but we didnt have any more left today and all we had was whole. thanks for the tips =]

you did good but you maybe should have had less pancakes because they are not too healthy for you and also the whole milk..its very fatty...you should try either 1% or skim.many ppl think that skim tastes nasty...but actually its really good =]

There is more to a diet than calories. I guarentee that was waaaay too many carbs. Look at more on food labels than just the calories. Look at fat, sodium, carbs, and ingredients. Avoid high fructose corn syrup, trans fats, and lots of sugar. Your meals today were almost solid wheat/starch. Try more of a variety.
