Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - ugh. I am having another one of those days where I berate myself for letting me get this big. I know I can't change the past, only the future, but its hard to accept that I am 195. I know that as I have lost 10 pounds in past 2 weeks, I can reach my goal of a muscular 130 my Christmas, but its so long away. Sigh. Why isn't weight loss so rapid you are like "wow!!!" Hahaha.

I love my workouts becuase they are hardcore, but they arent painful, and they are helping me train for tennis. Also, I am really getting into organic foods. I am losing weight, and I am down 10 total, so my goal by the end of May is to be down 30 overall, 50 by september, and 60-70 by December.

That's why you just need to focus on working on the future. Weight loss isn't easy, but it gets better. I think maybe you need to set some smaller goals for yourself. That way when you reach them, maybe it can be a bit of motivation. Just find some physical activities that suit you, and are fun for you. Try walking; I've found great success with that. Yea, I don't feel like I've lost much yet, but it's refreshing, and I love to hit new distances with it. Anyways, best of luck. :)
