Ht. 5'1, Wt. 187-190ish G :90ish. - Ugh no matter how little, how healthy or w/e I eat I still can't looose weight even if I exercise a TON I'm tired of my mom bugging me about her 20 lbs she lost and I want to get down to 90-100 so I can shut her up. I'm tired of being overweight I'm going to go get on the exercise machine for an hourish soon all I ate today was a hoagie roll which is ham cheese tomatoes an manoyase on a roll...
Reply from Claire, Age 17 - 04/23/06 - IP#: 24.239.149.xxx Yeah Montana..It's suggested that you eat after every 3 hours, this tricks your stomach into thinking that you're eating all the time but what you're really doing is speeding up your metabolism and this is very good for your abdominal area. Also what Teresa, snacking through out the day is good too, like a banana or some little fruit or a yogurt or a handful of almonds or something. Eat like this and exercise and I'm sure you'll see results. Dieting requires patience, it's a gradual beautiful change that you will see in yourself as long as you do everything right. Good Luck!:)

You know that if you eat very little your bodys just going to hold onto it cause it doesnt think its going to be getting much. Eat a good breakfast. a good lunch. a good dinner. and 1-2 snacks in between. drink all water and excersize 30-60 min 3 times a week. on your sandwich you could have taken off the cheese and not had any mayo. you can do it :D
