Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - so this is my plan for tomorrow. Breakfast- 1 cup of cherrios with 1 cup of 1% milk [210 calories together] and a water bottle after i brush my teeth. Lunch- a smuchers uncrustable pp&j sandwich and a light yogurt [310 cals all together] and a water bottle. After school snack is going to be 2 oatmeal cookies [150 calories together]and a glass of 1% milk. dinner i am having a bologna and cheese sandwich on white bread [140 cals per slice of bread since i am out of whole wheat] . Exercise will be 45 minute walk after dinner. and running from the Pacer test in gym in the morning. [A LOT of running lol] i added it up and it comes out to be ABOUT 1,317 calories for everything.. So what should i add or sunbract from this to make it healthy because it doesnt seem healthy to me, and i dont know what to do, ANY HELP? please! i want to make sure i am eating healthy =] thanks so much. good luck to everyone!

i do those pacer tests in my school too...its really fun but tiring =]

Take of the oatmeal cookies. trust me it may not be alot but it will help alot more.

All of it sounds good:), except whole wheat bread is better than white bread. I don't count cals but looks like you do a good job of doing it lol Good luckk
