Ht. 6'0, Wt. 215 - yay! i lost 4 pounds this week...i now know i can accomplish my weight loss goal!breakfast-raisen bran lunch-chicken ceasar wrap from taco bell dinner-2 hot dogs no buns w/ mustard.excercise-worked around the yard. so how did i do? reply please! THANKS
