Reply from Celeste, Age 13 - 04/24/06 - IP#: 24.180.103.xxx Well today i had non-fat yogurt and granola *i put the granola in a bag so it wouldn't get soggy, then mixed it in with the yogurt when i was ready*, low-fat cottage cheese and cantaloupe or some kind of fruit, a granola bar, and a small treat. A sandwhich on wheat bread is also good to replace the yogurt and granola. Then some water of course. Good luck!
