Ht. 4ft 8in, Wt. 145 - i need help. i weigh 145 pounds and im 18. im so fat. even if im not over weight. i want to lose 70 pounds to make 75 pounds. even if u have no advise on 70 pounds to lose . i dont care just give all the advise u have . PLEASE REPLY! }:

drink lots of water and you should eat more than three times a day (that is suggested for a healthy diet) small meals in moderation. Don't eat three hours before going to bed. Exercise!

hey well i suggest drinking 8cups of water everyday at least u can walk an hour every day eat at least 3 times a day but only eat fruits and vegtables and lean protein like chicken breast or fish if u do this everyday for a month u could lose about 20 poumds. good luck
