Ht. 5'4, Wt. 163 - can you tell me how i did so far?
breakfast:bowl of special k cereal red berries(fat free skim milk)not alot tho
Lunch-3 strawberries and a salad
snack-one yoplait yougurt 100cals with a lil granola
excerise-going to cheer practice then walking 4 miles
good or no?? i wanna loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks any good tips?

Dont eat a bowl of cereal.
Use a measuring cup, put one serving, one bowl.
