Ht. 5'9, Wt. 245 - So today was a hugely stressful day, and naturally I ended up eating a bunch of junk. Now I just feel really let down and sad because I'm six days into this whole healthy eating thing, and already I've screwed up. How can I change my habits for a lifetime if I can't change them for a week? I'm going to get right back into it tomorrow, but for now I just feel like I've let myself down. Anybody else have similar experiences?
