Reply from Amanda, Age 16 - 04/24/06 - IP#: 24.28.146.xxx Eat small and lowfat, 200-400 calorie meals every 2 and a half 2 three hours from when you wake up, until about an hour and a half b4 you go to sleep. (all together around 5 or 6 meals). Also, drink AT LEAST 8 cups of water a day because if you DONT then your body will store water and make you feel bloated and pack on pounds. Also, exercise 5 times a week, and try to keep your heart rate at the level it should be at for your age when you work out. *Going over that will make you burn off lean muscle..and thats not good* This really works..I've lost over 25 pounds in a really short time..and im still losing around 3-4 pounds a week.
