Ht. 5'4", Wt. 185 - Breakfast- bowl of milk and cereal(trix cereal) Lunch- Regular skinless chicken on bread with mustard Dinner- Whatever my mom cooks is this ok so far and i need exercising tips. Thanks :P

But Trix cereal isn't the best, maybe try switching cereals to special K red berries, its sweet & yummy like trix but less calories. The chicken sounds fine, and even the bread if it was brown/whole wheat bread. Try to really cut down on bread though, and don't have white bread! lol. Whatever your mom makes try to eat half of what you usualldo, and stop when you are full. Also drink a big glass of water b4 dinner, it will you up and you will eat less. exercising? make it fun, dancing in your room, walking outside, swimming, running, just do things you love and it wont seem like exercise.When I was in Mexico for 2 weeks i lost 15lbs coz I was swimming hours a day! so swimming is def a good thing to do! you can also do jumping jacks, situps, and stairclimbing! its alot easier if you listen to music or watch TV ehile doing some exercises! good luck!
