Ht. 6'0, Wt. 214 - breakfast-oatmeal lunch-nothing snack-a popcicle dinner-probly a chicken wrap or a chicken salad idk yet...no excercize today my stomach and back hurt . but planning to do extra tomorrow...ohh and i lost another pound!

wow, thats really not healthy..If you plan on losing weight and keeping it up..you have to eat AT LEAST 3 meals a day...Just eat every 3-4 hours..(low fat and around 200-400 calories meals...it does work...

good! try to eat lunch tho! and add more fruit and veggies for a snack! good luck! your doing great!
