Ht. 5'4", Wt. -- - So I was just wondering how many calories are a healthy amount. I know 2000 can be too many but I want to make sure I don't eat to few also. I have never been a big breakfast eater and I was wondering if it is really bad not to eat breakfast. Sometimes I don't like to be near my friends during lunch, so I study in the library and then I don't eat lunch. Is this really bad? It's not like I'm deliberately NOT eating, and it happens maybe once a week for lunch, but I NEVER eat breakfast because I hate it. Any advice?

eat breakfast and eat often. 1500 cals is great for your body. it's also the nutrition from those cal.s that counts...

if you are trying to loose weight you should stick in the range of about 1200 calories

it does not have to be breakfast food like eggs it can be anything like a sandwitch or leftovers but ya it is bad not to eat breakfast
