Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 lbs. - I absolutely hate my flabby, disgusting body. I try to eat healthy and I'm not doing too badly. My problem is exercising. I hate sports(trust me i've tried everything) and I don't have enough time to go on walks long enough to burn many calories. Do you think jumping on a trampoline for about 20 min a day is good? My friends are too busy to go to the park or anywhere like that with me. And when we do end up doing something like that, its about once a month. I would like to play golf, but thats not very active. Everything I like to do is inactive(piano, baking, sewing, target archery). What would absolutely change my life is losing 20-30 lbs so i could be in the "healthy weight range" Please help me!!! Have any advice for me? THANKS

Actually trampoline is 1 of the best ways to exercise try to do atleast 30 mins - 1hour of jumping on the trampoline and cut down on the junk food and you will see the lbs melting of hope i helped.
