Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - So today I ate, for breaky: A bananna & 2 bowls of rice krispies (no sugar), for lunch, slimfast with a bananna, For a snack I had a bowl of yogurt. For dinner I had a turkey wrap with baby carrots. Now I'm eating a apple. It seems like I ate alot today, does it to you? I didn't do 2much exercise, still sore from yesterdays workout lol. I walked 1 km, danced for about 45mins, did 20 crunches, 50 jumping jacks, some weight lifting.... All I drank today was water by the way, I know my breakfast wasn't the best bot oh well, how do u think I did?

You did Great. Sometimes it may seem like you eat a lot but really you didnt once you add up the calories. And remember you can eat a lot of healthhy foods throughout the day and it still wont add up to a lot of calories
