Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - I've been eating like a pig lately. I have so many tests in school and I'm under so much pressure, I don't have time for myself. I have to study and do my homework all the time because sO many FINAL STATE exams are coming up! Not even exercising,I just keep feeling hungry and stuffing my face....arghh what do I doo??? I don't want to gain back the weight.
Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 04/27/06 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Lol, I am also under SOOO much stress right now. But when I get stressed, i lose my appetite, and i have to force myself to eat. Just keep healthy snacks (fruits and veggies) on hand. Also, drink lots of water when you feel like snacking.
Reply from Sarah**, Age 14 - 04/27/06 - IP#: 72.137.97.xxx believe me when i have major stress i tend to binge too! but what i do now is i chew gum ( tons lol sugar free) and drink a bottle of water (because it makes me feel less hungry personally)... so try and see if that works ! good luck =)
