Ht. 5'5, Wt. 148 - Hey girls!
Well i just wanted to let you know im on my way to my goal i started out being 164 pounds and now im 148 so ive lost 16 pounds i still need to lose 18 pounds to reach my goal but in the end it will be well worthit its only took me a month and two days to lose that! but i have a problem i dont know what to do ive hit a brick wall ive basically have been maintaining what should i do to lose more?

Well what i did was DDR and billy blanks and cut back on how much i was eating i still ate the same foods but just lowered the portion...but it seems to come off slower once you lose the first 10-15 pounds well goodluck!

wow we are like the exact same ... except i want to be 125 not 120 and right now im 148 ..but i just restarted my diet... so do you have any suggestions or anything
