Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - okay, so for breaky I had 2 bowls of rice krispies (uh oh lol) no sugar tho. For a snack I had an apple. For lunch I had a slimfast shake. I havent had dinner yet. But probly a wrap! lol I didn't to do much exercise coz I'm still sore! my shins hurt, can your shins hurt from running? thanks! how'd I do so far?

Ooo, I hope you don't have shinsplints...I've had those, and man those things hurt. If you shins are hurting, you most likely do have them, and the best way to take care of them is to just not put too much strain on the for a few days. Well, awesome job tho! Best of luck!
