Ht. 5'1, Wt. 187-190ish G :90ish. - Hey peoplez. My mom was watching Dr. Phil an I walked by and started watching it, it had a 419ish lb 14 year old and an older woman that weighed over 700 lbs and it really motivated me because I do NOT wanna end up like that being that bad I'm goin to stop saying crap and actually do something about my weight tomorrow I have a plan for tomorrow I'm goin to eat a yogurt and a banana for breakfast a peanut butter and honey sandwhich for lunch and we are having chicken wings covered in barbaque (sp??) sauce for dinner I dunno what else with it and for exercise I'm going to do 1 hour on the exercise machine and go outside an play soccer with my neices for a while... Wish me luck an good luck everybody.. :)

remember to drink alot of water, do resistance training, and eat snacks to keep you metabolism up.
